After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrolment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation in line with the cancellation policy. - For bookings with check-in dates between Jul 1 - Aug 31, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a student accommodation designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are only accepted during the summer period (Jul 1 - Aug 31). If you are unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please contact the property in advance to confirm availability before reserving. - Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated due to building planning permissions.
