House rules- For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - May 31st and Sept 1st - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy.
- For bookings with checkin between Jun 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes.
- We do not allow pets in the building.
- We do not allow smoking in the building.
- No parties allowed on site.
- Keep noise levels low after 10 pm.
- Passport or ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners (if in-person check-in).
- Request for ID, Passport to be sent via email or booking platform if self-check-in.
- Everyone’s health and safety are of the utmost importance, you must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs.
- Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment.
- We do not permit short-stay bookings to bring other guests onto the property.
