House rules- After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Please note: If a standard ID is submitted, your booking may be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. - We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, we will be unable to complete the check-in, and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy. - All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and indicative purposes only. - The actual allocated unit may vary slightly depending on its position within the building. - Keep noise levels low after 10 pm. - Passport or valid ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners (if in-person check-in). - Request for valid ID, Passport to be sent via email or booking platform if self-check-in. - Everyone’s health and safety are of the utmost importance, you must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. - We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. - Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment.
